The long-term success for our company, host families, and individuals served often comes down to how well we match - so we take this process very seriously. We are committed to making it work, meaning ensuring it is a positive and caring placement, which is why we assign a companion specialist to each home, who is available 24/7 for support, care, and advice.

Who Makes A Good Host Family?

Host families can be a large variety of people in different situations, who have space in their home and heart to help support an adult individual with a disability or Autism.

Common Host Family Situations:

  • Empty nesters
  • Families with a connection to an individual with a disability
  • Professionals in the disability services industry
  • Anyone with an in-law apartment or AirBNB space that might want a full-time occupant

Who Do We Support?

We work with and help manage care for a variety of adult individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with Autism, intellectual & physical disabilities  Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, Spina Bifida, and more.

We’ll work closely with the individual to ensure that they are placed in a positive and caring placement. Each and every home has an assigned Companion Specialist who is available for 24/7 support, regular home visits, consultations, advice,  nursing, and healthcare expertise. We are committed to finding a genuinely caring community for every individual we serve.
